Bird & Bird’s Warsaw office advised Nutricia Polska sp. z o.o., a member of French food sector group Danone, in connection with the acquisition of shares in Promedica sp. z o.o., one of the largest companies on the Polish market specialising in home enteral nutrition.
The legal support we provided included the completion of a due diligence review, the drafting and negotiating of transaction documents, including the agreement on the purchase of the shares of Promedica sp. z o.o., as well overseeing the closing of the transaction.
