The EU is executing fast on its data strategy – the Data Governance Act, the Digital Markets Act, and the Digital Services Act have been passed in the last 12 months. The Artificial Intelligence Act and the Data Act will be in trilogue during spring 2023. How and when will those "Big Five" legislative initiatives impact your business? In this seminar we will bring some clarity on the five regulations from the perspective of data protection and intellectual property. We will provide a practical view on how to implement and to react those changes in your business and operations. You will also have the opportunity to network with colleagues thinking about the same questions and to hear more about our services, our approach and our vision.
Our Digital Rights & Assets team in Finland comprise of highly skilled and experienced professionals who will guide you through the regulations, responsibilities and rights in reality. We also have the support of our global network of over 1600 experts to ensure that we can handle even the most complex challenges.
The seminar is led by Bird & Bird partners Tobias Bräutigam and Henri Kaikkonen, who will be joined by our key note speaker Deirdre Kilroy from our Irish office. Deirdre is a lawyer with over 25 years experience in advising clients on technology compliance, including global businesses trading across the EU from Ireland.
