Sophie Klaversteijn

I am an associate in our Corporate Group in The Hague, where I focus on corporate and M&A matters, including cross-border transactions.

I primarily assist international clients in a wide range of corporate transactions including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and minority investments, with a particular focus on corporate transactions in the life sciences and tech & communication sectors.

I enjoy working closely with my colleagues in different practice areas, both in the Netherlands and in our offices around the world, to offer our clients seamless cross-jurisdictional advice and a one-stop-shop approach covering all legal aspects of complex, cross-border transactions.

• Assisting an international construction company in the sale of (part of) their business through 3 asset deals in the Netherlands
• Assisting an international investment company in acquiring (various) IT companies as part of their buy and build strategy
• Assisting a Dutch automotive dealer in the sale of its automotive dealerships
• Assisting a global strategic communications company on the acquisition of a large (public) consulting firm in the Netherlands
• Assisting a Dutch healthcare company in the acquisition of a Dutch health and safety service provider for large companies
