Simon Wolfheimer

As an associate in our corporate/M&A team at our Frankfurt office, I advise national and international clients in the context of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and reorganizations as well as venture capital and other investments.

My practice includes advising German and international clients on the buy or sell side in M&A transactions and investments as well as advising clients on general corporate and commercial law matters.

Clients include in particular companies and investors with a technology focus from the automotive, technology and communications, software and healthcare sectors.

A special area of my legal practice is advising on transactions involving companies with a software and/or technology footprint. In another area of my practice, I advise private equity and venture capital funds as well as their portfolio companies.

During my law studies at the Goethe-University in Frankfurt, I deepened my knowledge in the fields of corporate law, M&A and finance. In addition, I gained valuable practical experience outside of a law firm when working for a family office, which also included corporate law matters, during my studies and legal traineeship. As a research assistant and as a trainee lawyer, I already had the opportunity to gain professional experience while working for a major international law firm in the area of finance. My work included in particular work for banks and corporations as well as other international clients.
