As an associate and member of our International HR Services practice group in Düsseldorf, I advise our domestic and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law and social security law.

I advise our clients on all aspects of employment law issues, from the individual drafting of employment contracts and ongoing personnel work to operational restructuring measures and the termination of employment relationships. This also includes questions of collective employment law issues, for example dealing with works councils or collective bargaining agreements.

I completed my legal studies in Münster with a focus on European and International private law.

Before I joined our firm, I completed my legal traineeship in Münster. In this period, I worked, among others, for the Parliament of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Legal Department of an international media conglomerate corporation.
