Sakari Jarva

I am an associate in our Real Estate group in Helsinki. I advise our domestic and international clients on a wide range of matters relating to real estate, construction and infrastructure, including real estate transactions and different real estate development projects.

I graduated from the University of Turku in 2021 focusing mainly on property law and real estates. During my studies, I aimed to gain knowledge about different lines of business, and I had apprenticeships within the public sector, private sector, in Finland and abroad. After my graduation, and before joining Bird & Bird, I acted as a Senior Officer in a Ministry of Transport and Communications.

Besides the judicial studies, I began last Autumn to study Industrial Engineering and Management in Centria University of Applied Sciences. I find it very important to understand matters from different perspectives and I strive to understand my assignments comprehensively. My aim is always to provide for the client solutions which are efficient both legally and commercially, but which are at the same time practical and understandable.
