As an associate in our regulatory and administrative Practice Group in Munich, I advise private companies as well as the public sector with a focus on public procurement law as well as in the field of EU state aid law and the law on public grants.

My advice covers all phases of national and EU-wide procurement procedures. This includes the planning and conception of tenders, their monitoring, including representation before the public procurement bodies, as well as contract and public procurement law advice after the award of the contract. In this context, you will benefit from the broad experience and expertise of our practice group in the entire range of industries concerned, in particular in the sectors of healthcare, transport, IT as well as security and defence.

Furthermore, I advise on EU state aid law and funding law issues that may arise in particular in the context of procurement procedures.

Before joining our firm, I had already acquired profound knowledge of public commercial law during my legal training and gained a wide range of practical experience in this field.
