Associate in the Corporate team in Paris, I mainly advise companies in the health and wellness sector, such as biotech and medtech companies, particularly in relation to venture capital.

I advise companies in the life sciences sector, in particular biotech and medtech, throughout all stages of their development: from the incorporation, through their financing rounds, the elaboration of employee incentive plans, the management of their governance, as well as any regulatory issues. More generally, I provide strategic and practical legal advice.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked for several law firms and a pharmaceutical consulting company.
