Parisa Fard

I am an associate in the Intellectual Property Group based in London. I have experience in a broad range of contentious intellectual property matters in the media and entertainment, sport, fashion and retail sectors.

I advise clients on the protection and enforcement of IP rights, including brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, trade mark, copyright and design right infringements. I have acted in a number of significant disputes in the Intellectual Property and Enterprise Court, High Court and in proceedings before the UKIPO and EUIPO.

I have spent time on secondment at a global FTSE100 company where I advised on several key trade mark strategies as well as advertising campaigns and promotional activity using social media. As such, I have a strong understanding of clients' commercial considerations.
