As a corporate lawyer, I advise clients on their transactional and corporate matters, providing advice both on complex extraordinary transactions as well as on day-to-day issues.

I am an associate in our corporate team in Milan, particularly focused on equity and debt capital markets. My practice includes assistance to a variety of private corporations and listed entities in all aspects of corporate governance and deal structuring, including extraordinary transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, equity financing and go public transactions. I've also developed specific expertise in drafting various structured business contracts.

In an unceasing effort to be versatile and creative, I provide advice to clients active in several industries like energy, manufacturing, life sciences & healthcare, fashion and information technology.

Before joining the team at Bird & Bird in 2017, I gained experience in a boutique law firm in Milan primarily focused on corporate and bankruptcy law.

• Advising on the restructuring of a well-known company listed on the Italian regulated market and active in the fashion industry.
• Advising a diversified manufacturer of engineered products (listed on Nasdaq) that serves a variety of industrial, commercial and consumer-end markets worldwide, in the acquisition of an Italian privately-owned manufacturer of caps and closures.
• Advising on the listing of bonds for the an Italian listed company on ExtraMOT PRO (Italian MTF) organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
• Assistance to a company established to acquire, own, develop and operate businesses servicing the collectible cars trade and listed on SIX (Swiss Stock Exchange) with reference to the acquisition of a well-known Italian company active in the same industry.
