I am an associate in our Corporate Group in Sydney, with experience in a range of sectors including energy & utilities, healthcare, technology and financial services.

I enjoy learning about each client's unique business and providing legal advice to assist them in achieving their business objectives. I have experience assisting clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues arising throughout a company's lifecycle, from initial structuring, corporate governance, and regulatory advice to drafting transaction documents or raising funds under an IPO or rights issue.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked at a boutique M&A firm in Melbourne where I obtained experience across a diverse range of practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets and commercial litigation. This experience has allowed me to develop an understanding of the commercial issues facing clients and provide solution-focused advice tailored to their specific industry and concerns.
