Mathias Pahl

I am a junior associate in our Danish Tech & Comms team, where I advise our national and international clients on contractual and regulatory matters within it.

I work with various legal matters in relation to Information Technology, and have a broad experience within IT, ranging from assisting public entities with larger IT procurement and outsourcing projects to establishing contractual set-ups for smaller start-ups.

I have previously worked as an IT consultant which gives me an insight into the commercial and technical aspects when acting as an advisor. This provides me with a good understanding of the interplay between legal, commercial as well as technical interests.
