As an associate in the Industrial and Intellectual Property team in Rome office, I assist, with passion and dedication, national and international companies on litigation and consulting relating to copyright, trademarks, personality rights and available remedies, consumer protection and advertising.

Overview
I provide advice in proceedings before the Italian Authority for Communications Guarantees in disputes between users and operators of electronic communications. In addition, I assist client operating in the food & beverage and transport sectors in matters and proceedings relating to consumer law also before the Italian Antitrust Authority. I also provide advice in the drafting of licensing agreements for talent rights relating to the production and distribution of audio-visual works, including advertising materials and merchandising.

In my work I have an analytical and comprehensive approach to the client's requests, but I am always pragmatic and aimed at achieving the objective. I like to have an empathetic relationship with the client, always offering maximum cooperation and availability.

I put my passion for technological innovation, art and volunteering at our firm's disposal, providing assistance to one of the most important organizations of the third sector in relation to web reputation, where I worked before joining Bird & Bird in 2019.

• Coordination within our firm of the team assisting one of the main TLC operators in the litigation with users before AGCOM and Corecom;
• Assistance to one of the main companies active in the food & beverage sector on consumer protection matters;
• Assistance to clients active on social networks for the timely restoration of their content on the web by opening channels of dialogue with the social networks themselves and initiating negotiations with the counterparties.
