I'm an associate in the Real Estate team based in Rome. My expertise covers real estate transactions with a particular focus on real estate and commercial lease transactions.

I have developed expertise in the real estate sector with a special focus on contract law, providing legal advice in transactions involving sale and purchase, development of real estate complexes, as well as in commercial leases, both cross border and domestic transactions, and joint venture transactions for the development of real estate projects. I closely follow the legal and regulatory evolutions in the real estate sector to provide clients with the latest updates.

This background allows me to provide accurate advice to our clients on real estate transactions, as well as advising on their relations with the Public Authority.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2023, I was an associate at an international law firm in Rome.
