Laura Pallanza

I am an associate in the Corporate department in Milan. I advise domestic and foreign clients on corporate matters and M&A transactions.

I provide assistance to Italian and foreign companies in domestic and international transactions, such as acquisitions, mergers and demergers of companies, joint ventures and investment transactions. I also provide ordinary corporate assistance, advising clients in all areas of corporate law and corporate governance.

Thanks to my various experiences abroad and work experience that I have gained so far, I have learned to quickly understand and work through issues presented to me while paying close attention to detail. I always try to evaluate options and generate solutions, combining patience and determination.
