Jolanta Kusnierz

I am a Junior Associate in the Real Estate team.

I have been advising clients since 2017. My area of expertise covers real estate, as well as civil and administrative law, including lease of commercial property and the investment process.

I participate in drafting real estate due diligence reports of, i.a., retail centres, logistics parks and office facilities, and negotiating and preparing leases, with a special focus on office and warehouse space. I also prepare transactional documentation and provide post-transaction services.

I assist clients with their day-to-day matters involving the legal status of real properties, performance of agreements regulating construction processes and real estate management.

Before joining Bird & Bird I gained my professional experience in several international law firms and in the legal department of a developer company dealing with, i.a., office investments.
