I am an associate in the Corporate group of our Paris office, advising our clients in connection with fundraising, M&A and private equity transactions.

I assist French and international clients including listed and unlisted companies, investment funds and managers.

I advise our clients on day-to-day corporate matters and on all stages of their corporate life, from incorporation to exit through their restructuring and growth operations.

Before joining Bird & Bird in October 2020, I was a trainee lawyer in the corporate departments of leading Anglo-Saxon and French law firms.
