About Me
With more than 40 years of experience, I assist our clients in all questions concerning EU and German competition law.
My main focus has always been and still is advising national and international companies on all aspects of German and European antitrust and competition law and to represent companies, in particular from the pharmaceutical and medical sector as well as the consumer goods and food sector, before German and European antitrust authorities.My expertise also includes European state aid law and other EU law. For example, I have represented the German Federal Government before the European Court of Justice in the WestLB proceedings and in the course of the 'VW Act'.
Before joining our firm, I worked for 20 years as an equity partner in an international law firm, which is one of the leading (English) law firms, where I played a key role in shaping the firm's EU and antitrust law expertise.

- Consultant for the German Advertising Federation (ZAW) and the competition law department of the BDI The Voice of German Industry (until 1988).
