About Me
I am part of our corporate and M&A practice group in Düsseldorf and advise our national and international clients on all corporate and transaction-related matters.
After studying law and passing my state exam , I joined the corporate and M&A team based in Düsseldorf as a trainee lawyer and research assistant.I completed my legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf in 2021. During this time, I worked for an international law firm in Düsseldorf and for our Bird & Bird corporate team in Milan, Italy.
