I am a Corporate associate based in London. I am also a member of the firm's international Corporate group.

My transactional experience includes advising on mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, as well as various other corporate transactions. A large proportion of the transactions I advise on are cross-border in nature.

I advise a variety of clients, at all stages of the corporate life cycle, including private companies, partnerships, entrepreneurs and high net-worth individuals in a number of industry sectors, with a focus on technology, fintech, life sciences, and retail and consumer.
