I am an associate in our international Tech & Comms team in Denmark, where I specialise within Public Procurements, IT contracts, Technology and Digitalisation.

Since 2014, I have advised both public and private clients in complex Public Procurements within several sector areas: IT, Technology, Financial sector, Energy and Utilities, Medico and Healthcare.

I have a deep-level experience of procurement of large and complex IT contracts, and I assist our clients with completion of the procurement from A to Z - from the beginning of the procurement processes with preparation of the tender material, drafting the contract, subsequent contract management, dispute resolution and assistance in cases brought before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

Quality is my main focus in advising our clients. In my view, providing legal advice is a discipline that requires humility and hard work. As a legal adviser, it is crucial for me to take responsibility for my clients' case and ensure the maximum value for the client.

My overall goals as a legal adviser are:
• Legal advice meeting the client's commercial needs,
• legal advice delivered on time,
• in a precise and easily understandable language,
• which can be used directly by the client without the need to 'translate' the legal language
• in a close and constructive collaboration between legal advisor and client.

In addition to the above, I am regularly invited to hold lectures, seminars and teaching on IT acquisitions, public procurements, framework agreements, the Utilities Directive, evaluation methods etc. and I have contributed to several articles within my field.
