I am an associate in our international corporate group in London. I advise on a broad range of corporate transactions including equity capital markets, M&A and general corporate advisory work.
I joined Bird & Bird in 2021 having been particularly attracted to the firm's distinct sector focus and cross border expertise.I advise a broad variety of clients from start-ups to listed companies, as well as investment banks and brokers.
