I am a Frankfurt-based partner and member of our International Real Estate, and Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Groups. Today, I have more than 20 years' experience working for international investors, multinational corporations, commercial banks and family offices.

I have extensive experience in structuring and implementing complex real estate transactions, distressed transactions, development projects and handling of retired assets. My practice covers the full range of asset management and property management issues.

I offer in-depth knowledge of bidding processes, off-market transactions and transactions on regulated markets, and as specialised insolvency lawyer, I also handle national and international insolvency matters.

• Comprehensive advice regarding the portfolio-management of sites located in Germany and Western Europe for several international companies.
