About Me

I am an associate in our Corporate Group in Rome, supporting our corporate clients in a wide range of the daily aspects of their operations and activities as well as in major and extraordinary corporate transactions.

Since I joined Bird & Bird in 2010 I have focused on corporate law, M&A, commercial contracts, corporate book-keeping and corporate and commercial disputes.

Specifically my practice covers general corporate issues, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts: supply, agency, distribution, lease contracts and non-disclosure agreements.

I advise a number of Italian and international companies in the manufacturing sector, as well as banks, financial institutions and IT companies with specific reference to their establishment in Italy and then their day-to-day activities. I also have considerable experience working with clients in the fashion sector. I work closely with many of our lawyers in the Bird & Bird Italian offices and we use our expertise to meet our clients' needs.

Before joining Bird & Bird I worked at an international law office in Toronto, Canada where I assisted a wide range of clients in reviewing contracts and insurance policies. I was also involved in a proposal for an international convention on the recognition of international wills and simplified procedures regarding the estates, conflict of laws and settlement agreements between companies.
