I am a junior associate in the Intellectual Property team.

I have been advising clients since 2019, handling matters involving consumer law and e-commerce. I specialise in the law of intellectual property, new technologies and e-commerce.

I participate in projects involving the assessment of retail company compliance with consumer protection law. I assist with drafting online sales terms and conditions (B2B and B2C) as well as terms and conditions for competitions, lotteries and promotional campaigns. I advise both suppliers of internet platforms and providers of financial services, assessing the compliance of their business models with applicable legal requirements. I support the team in representing businesses in proceedings pending before the Chairman of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the Trade Inspection Authority and the courts.

My experience also includes assisting clients in handling consumer complaints and in proceedings with the participation of consumer ombudsmen.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience at a Warsaw law firm and in the complaints department of an international technology company.
