Cameron Walker

I am a qualified European, Chartered (UK) and Irish Patent Attorney, and work in the capacity of associate in our Hamburg office. My professional experience, principally in the aeronautical, energy and telecommunications industries, is supported by a technical background in Mechanical Engineering.

My work focuses on the drafting and prosecution to grant of patent applications, and advising applicants throughout this process. In post-grant proceedings, I have experience advising in opposition, infringement and appeal proceedings.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I completed my training as a dual-qualified Patent Attorney in Aberdeen, Scotland with an international IP law firm.

During my academic studies, I gained practical experience working for a large US-based automotive firm, as well as a UK-based oil and gas operator.
