I am an associate in the Tax Department and joined Bird & Bird in 2023.

I advise French and foreign companies on all tax issues, whether in the context of their day-to-day activities or exceptional operations (mergers and acquisitions, restructuring), as well as transactions (private equity).

I also advise private individuals, particularly company directors on their personal income tax and asset taxation.

I have been practicing as a lawyer for 5 years. Before joining Bird & Bird in 2023, I worked in a law firm, mainly in transaction tax and in a Big Four firm.
