Amelia Weber

I am a member of our Frankfurt team and of our Real Estate and Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Groups.

My advisory focus is on matters relating to German real estate, covering the entire property life cycle, e.g. sales & purchase agreements, commercial lease agreements and construction and architects' contracts.

In addition, I advise on insolvency law matters, in particular advising clients facing the insolvency of business partners. Here I e.g. support throughout the process of insolvency proceedings.

During my legal traineeship in Saarbrücken, I worked at the legal department of an international auditing company, a law firm for construction law, the Saarbrücken public prosecutor's office and Administrative Court of the Saarland.
