I'm an associate in our international Real Estate Group, advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.

I advise a variety of clients and lenders, across a myriad of sectors, on investment sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, property financing and corporate M&A transactions. Working within our London team my clients include, amongst others, institutional funds, corporate occupiers, charities, lenders and educational providers.
Given the wide variety of clients and transactions, I approach all matters proactively, seeking to understand each client's requirements on every deal to ensure that their requirements form the basis of every discussion and amendment. This involves a synergistic approach with all parties to ensure that their desired outcome is reached in a timely and cost effective manner.
