I am an associate in the Finance & Financial Regulation department in our Milan office, where I provide assistance on various regulatory issues related to the banking, financial and payment services sector.

My activity is mainly focused on providing legal advice and assistance, also on an ongoing basis, to banks and financial intermediaries on regulatory issues relating, in particular, to transparency regulations, payment services, consumer credit and anti-money laundering legislation.
