Albert Mennen

I am a corporate lawyer in Bird & Bird's London office. I advise clients on a range of corporate transactions with a particular interest in equity finance and venture capital investments.

I have broad experience in venture capital transactions having advised companies and investors on early-stage growth financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. I regularly advise companies and founders through the full business and fundraising lifecycle, from first-round funding to successful exit.

I have also held in-house positions, most recently as legal counsel at a venture capital and family investment office in London, advising on initial deal terms and transactional investment documents (first money in and follow-on financing) as well as providing legal, regulatory, and operational advice to a range of the office's portfolio companies.
