Bird & Bird advised Sponsor Capital on a transaction whereby a Fund under its control acquired the business assets of Vantaan Kiinnike and Rak Oy, a company operating in the field of building materials wholesale

Van-Ki is a wholesale distributor serving professional builders, offering its customers a comprehensive range of construction tools and building materials. In the future, Van-Ki aims to expand its geographical reach and further develop its product offering. Due to the asset transfer, Sponsor Capital will be able, as a new owner, to support these growth objectives. The transaction was completed on 31 March 2022.
