The Single Source Contracting regulatory framework, which regulates single source procurement with UK MoD, is a vitally important topic for the Defence & Security industry. From 1 April this year this framework has been subject to significant amendments, introduced by the Single Source Contracting (Amendment) Regulations 2024. In this webinar our experts will discuss the nature and practical impact of these changes.
