Mikael Vuorinen

I am an associate in our Dispute Resolution group in Helsinki, where I advise our clients on complex dispute resolution matters.

I advise our clients on litigation and commercial arbitration as well as contractual matters with a particular focus on real estate and construction law. Furthermore, I have experience with demanding financial crime cases. Prior to graduating from the University of Helsinki I worked at Bird & Bird in various trainee positions for multiple years.

During my studies I specialised in contract and procedural law. At the final stages of my studies, I participated successfully in the well-known Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where I gained valuable experience in the field of international arbitration and private international law.

In addition to Finnish, I speak fluent English and some Swedish.
