As a Senior Associate in Bird & Bird's Bratislava office, I bring nearly 20 years of professional experience with a focus on litigation, IP/TMT, corporate/M&A, commercial contract law, and bankruptcy and restructuring.

In my practice, I specialize in representing clients in legal disputes at all levels of the judiciary, particularly in matters related to commercial relations, corporate affairs, and intellectual and industrial property. Additionally, I advocate for clients in administrative proceedings before various public authorities and handle subsequent administrative court disputes, facilitating the judicial review of the respective decisions.

Further, I was involved in numerous significant transactions (corporate/M&A, IP/TMT, real estate), participating in negotiations, conducting of legal due diligence, and preparation or review of complete transaction documentation.
