About Me

As head of the Commercial Group based in Stockholm, I focus on providing commercial advice on complex and strategic agreements, outsourcing, procurement and privacy law issues.

I have wide-ranging experience of complex and commercially decisive agreements and transactions, and possess all the relevant expertise necessary from a legal, commercial and strategic perspective. My clients appreciate the fact that I combine my commitment and dedication with an in-depth understanding of the commercial and technical conditions of the industry.

I represent clients in a large number of disputes and I regularly speak on various aspects of commercial law.

I advise on complex legal and strategic issues in assignments and procurements regarding strategic agreements, outsourcing deals and digitalisation projects.

I advise on data privacy and protection matters by providing companies with tools, in the form of both projects and internal training, so that they can ensure that the processing of personal and patient data is conducted in accordance with the GDPR.

I advise on IT-related disputes (including but not limited to assessments, risk analysis and other kinds of special assignments in various types of dispute-like situations).

I have worked for many years as an expert adviser, both as in-house counsel and for well-renowned law firms and prior to joining Bird & Bird I was the founding partner of a leading commercially-focused law firm.
