Alizée Planche

I am a Paris based Associate of the Real Estate and Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. I assist with passion and dedication, domestic and international companies across a range of industry sectors on contentious matters and contractual issues relative to real estate law.

My advisory focus is on matters relating to French real estate, covering the entire property life cycle of various types of assets (office buildings, shopping centers, warehouse, industrial facilities, hotels and residential). Much of my advice in this area relates to complex property leasing for international clients establishing a presence in France.

I also take part in the dispute resolution process for our clients in their real estate matters and some of their commercial matters, from the pre-litigation phase to the enforcement of the Court decision. I advise clients with the management of their disputes, helping them to make strategic decisions that can minimize their litigation risks and I ensure an effective and successful defense before the French Courts.

My experience includes cases in the French commercial and civil courts, complex expert-appraisal proceedings, and also amicable dispute resolution proceedings which allow the emergence of a winning solution for all parties.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I completed several internships in French and international law firms in Paris and abroad, where I was involved in high-value commercial litigation with multi-jurisdictional aspects as well as international arbitration proceedings in construction law.
