EU member states continue to work to implement the 2009 Directive that requires user consent for cookies.  The attached tracker chart shows the actual or proposed new rules in Bird & Bird countries.  Of our countries, Finland, Hungary, Sweden & the UK have completed implementation, but drafts of the new rules are now available for the majority of countries.
