About Me
As a Tech & Data Lawyer, I advise international clients across a variety of sectors on a wide range of data protection and e-privacy issues.
My work covers all aspects of data protection law, including advice on privacy notices, policies, HR data, PIA, data subject rights, data processing and data sharing agreements, data breaches, cybersecurity, investigations etc., also within an M&A context.I provide assistance in drafting and negotiating contracts and in securing international/cross-border data transfers: mapping, DPA, SCC, BCR, intra-group data transfer agreement, TIA and analysis of data protection laws of non-EU countries, including Africa, USA and Asia. I regularly advise businesses operating in Morocco on the local data protection requirements.
I teach Digital Law with partner Merav Griguer at Sciences Po Paris and at the University of Paris.
