Tom Mintern

I am an associate in our International HR Services Group in London. My extensive in-house experience allows me to take a client-orientated approach and give practical, commercial advice.

Advising on a broad range of employment law matters, I have experience in both contentious and non-contentious work. I work across all sectors, but collaborate most frequently with our aviation, technology and media, entertainment and sport clients.

My client experience includes employment tribunal litigation, drafting and negotiating service agreements, negotiating severances and settlement agreements, advising on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, handling data protection queries and advising on business immigration.

To strengthen my hands-on client experience, I have also spent time on secondment with a global media organisation – where I advised on commercial and employment matters – as well as at a UK copyright collection society and an online entertainment business.
