About Me
I am an associate in the Finance & Financial Regulation group based in London.
I advise borrower and lender clients on asset, real estate and acquisition financings and general corporate lending.I have also undertaken a four-month secondment to an international bank as legal counsel, where I assisted on a range of debt finance transactions in the real estate sector (hotels, PBSA, senior living and general commercial).
