I work as an associate with a particular emphasis on public law, public contracts law (procurement contracts, concessions, PFI) and energy law. The areas I'm involved in include energy and utilities, infrastructure and telecommunications in France and Africa.
I work with partner Boris Martor in the Energy & Infrastructures Group based in Paris.
I advise both French and international clients on all aspects of regulatory matters, public contract law and energy law on a wide range of sectors including infrastructure, construction, and public/energy utilities.
I assist economic operators on all aspects related to the conclusion and performance of procurement contracts, concessions, public-private partnership and EPC contracts.
I also assist lenders, borrowers and project companies (SPV) on the legal structuring and regulatory aspects in connection with production, transport and resale of energy.
In the gas sector, I recently advised a French energy producer on the sale of its gas cogeneration plants located in France.
In the hydraulic sector, I assisted a French energy producer on the regulatory aspects of the award by the French state of hydro concessions and on issues relating to its dam flushing operations in a French river. I recently advised energy wind producers on a 20 MW project in Madagascar.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked for another global law firm within the Projects / Regulatory / Energy team with Boris Martor, and for the Regulatory / Energy team of another multinational law firm.
