As a fan of all modern technology, I am happy to be a part of our Intellectual Property and Technology & Communications Groups based in Prague, with focus on IT matters.

I focus on all aspects of intellectual property and technology law. I have experience in the area of information technology with a specific focus on legal aspects of copyright, trademarks, use of modern technologies and internet, including license agreements and domain names, audio-visual and media law, art law and unfair competition. I also deal with data protection matters.

• Establishment of the European Economic Association of Animated Film Creators.
• Establishment of a new broadband and VoIP operator including registration with the regulator and setting up all contractual relations.
• Setting up a data protection policy and security measures in compliance with GDPR in leading Czech financial advisory company.
• Negotiation of patent license terms for industrial production of biodegradable materials.
