Queenie Lam

I am an associate in the Corporate Finance practice based in Hong Kong. I advise on corporate finance, securities, M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and PRC-related transactions.

I am experienced in advising clients on corporate finance, securities, M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and PRC-related transactions. I have been involved in handling IPOs of companies on the Main Board and GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, as well as Hong Kong listing rules compliance matters. I also advise both public and private companies on private equity investments.

I joined Bird & Bird in November 2018, after previously working at one of the Hong Kong's oldest law firms. I read law at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2013.

I am fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Advising on a range of corporate finance transactions including IPOs and corporate reorganisations and advising as to compliance with Hong Kong Laws and the Listing Rules

• Advising the sole sponsor and underwriters of a Singapore-based motor vehicle group selling new parallel-import motor vehicles and pre-owned motor vehicles in relation to the HK$105 million global offering and listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange in February 2019
• Advising the sole sponsor and underwriters of a fabric manufacturer in the PRC in relation to the HK$170 million global offering and listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange in July 2018
• Advising an automatic photo booth operator in Hong Kong in relation to the HK$70 million share offer and listing on GEM of the Stock Exchange in February 2018
• Advising an electronic manufacturing service provider of industrial electronic components and products in relation to the HK$100 million global offering and listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange in November 2017
• Advising the sole sponsor and underwriters of an accounts receivable financing financial services provider in the PRC in relation to the HK$300 million global offering and listing on GEM of the Stock Exchange in July 2017
