I'm an associate in our international HR Services group in Denmark, specialising in labour and employment law issues, both nationally and internationally.
I specialise in labour law, including the drafting of employment contracts, executive service agreements, competition and non-solicitation clauses, and severance agreements. Furthermore, I assist our clients with amendments of terms, review of employment related matters in connection with business transfers, termination and dismissal of employees, employment policies and all other employment related matters an employer may have.
As an associate in an international law firm, my practice spans a number of the firm's key sectors. Recently, I have been working on matters across our International HR Services, Corporate and Dispute Resolution areas. My work over the past few years includes, among other things, employment related issues due to transfer of businesses, actions of damages for want of compliance with the terms of contract, drafting employee handbooks and smaller employment related questions.
I aim to be proactive and to have a positive, constructive and open dialogue with our clients. I believe that clients get the most valuable work when I - on the basis of their specific company - provide them with honest and realistic guidance in relation to their specific matter.
I joined Bird & Bird in 2018 as a part of my junior associate programme and graduated the bar exam in 2022. The thing I enjoy the most about being an associate is providing our clients with valuable assistance and guidance and to see how our collaboration can solve different types of issues. I appreciate being available to our clients with the best possible advice when they need assistance in either a positive or negative situation. This is what makes my work valuable to me.
