I am an employment lawyer in our International Employment group based in Singapore. I enjoy the breadth and depth of a regional employment practice, and the challenge of managing complex multi-jurisdictional employment projects across the region.

I provide strategic and commercial advice on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters and global mobility issues in Singapore and the ASEAN region. I aim to approach HR legal issues with sensitivity and with the client's wider commercial interests in mind.

Drawing on my experience in dispute resolution, I am conscious that the best form of legal risk management is sound HR advice and a careful communications strategy designed to prevent issues from escalating unnecessarily.
