Dr. Mirela Babic, LL.M. (Bristol)

As an associate in our Intellectual Property Practice Group in Hamburg, I advise our national and international clients in the field of intellectual property, with focus on patent law.

In addition to main proceedings and preliminary injunction proceedings before the civil courts, we also conduct proceedings before the European Patent Office, the German Federal Patent Court and the German Federal Supreme Court in cooperation with our patent attorneys.

I gained experience in the field of intellectual property law during my university studies as well as during an additional training in intellectual property law at the renowned Institut für Informations-, Telekommunikations- und Medienrecht at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. Furthermore, intellectual property was part of the LL.M. program I completed at the University of the West of England in Bristol. As a research assistant and legal trainee, I worked in various large law firms exclusively in the intellectual property field, with focus on patent law.
