Michael Maier

I am an associate in our Corporate Practice Group, based in Frankfurt and advising national and international clients on all corporate and transaction-related matters.

In the technology and communications sector, my particular expertise includes advising communications and online technology solutions businesses as well as companies in the field of Software as a Service (SaaS). At the same time, I am also active in the automotive sector and advise manufacturers and sellers of vehicles, suppliers of components and supply chain management companies. Advising both private equity and venture capital funds and potential target companies for such investors is a further special focus of my work.

I first gained work experience in corporate law and M&A during my legal traineeship in our Frankfurt office. During my studies and legal traineeship I worked as a research assistant at a civil law and tax law faculty, and for various major international law firms. This included me working in the areas of banking and tax law at commercial law firms in Düsseldorf and Munich.
