Mateusz Kosowicz

I am a junior associate in the Dispute Resolution team in Warsaw.

I have been advising clients since 2019 and specialise in civil and commercial law and dispute resolution. I have experience in advising entities from the construction, insurance and transport sectors.

I have participated in litigation proceedings pending before common, administrative and arbitration courts, and in cases involving construction projects, commercial agreements and litigation disputes for damages. I have also advised clients at all stages of litigation, and prepared legal opinions and due diligence reports.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience working for a Polish law firm and as a member of the litigation team in an international law firm. As a student I also provided legal advice as part of his university law clinic.
