Marcel Nurk

I am Counsel in our corporate team in Munich, advising clients on M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions.

I also advise clients on all facets of corporate law, including incorporations, group reorganisations and corporate governance matters.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked as a legal counsel in the legal department of a major automobile manufacturer and as a lawyer for international law firms in Munich.

During my legal traineeship, I worked for an international law firm in Düsseldorf and New York.
